Violons d'Automne is an annual get-together that will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2008. This event aims to help people discover or rediscover the violin - a marvellous musical instrument. The general public is invited, from Thursday to Sunday, to a variety of shows, violin-making exhibits, master's class, fiddlers’ gala, mass and meal with musical entertainment and more. A quality program with performers playing a range of repertoires (blues, classical, folk, jazz, etc.). Activities in primary and secondary schools will also be organized for students – violin introduction workshops with a professional musician.
