RICHARD MOREAU - General manager

He coordinates the preparation of the marketing plan, participates in the realization of the program of the tourist industry, prepares the annual strategic plan, organizes, oversees, administers and controls the activities and the budget of the corporation.

FRANÇOIS CLOUTIER - Marketing Director

He participates in the preparation of the marketing plan. He realizes the advertising program: identification and choice of the means and the advertising and promotional vehicles, the identification of the thematic, the development of the concepts, the identification of the costs and the preparation of the budgets. He coordinates and is responsible for the sale of advertisement in the promotional tools such the tourist guide, the brochure failed holidays, the card of paths of snowbike and the Internet site. He manages the program of the cooperative advertisement and the help to the edition.

LOUIS CHAMBERLAND - Marketing Assistant

Work whit the marketing director for the promotions of the area.

NICOLE BÉLANGER - Accounts department

She is responsible for the holding of accounting booksof the corporation, for the purchase of stationery and equipment of office.

PATRICIA CÔTÉ - Coordinator reception and information

She is responsible for the reception and the information. She coordinates the forming of the staff studying in the of tourist information. At the regional house of the tourism with Saint Nicholas' Day, manages the demands of information, holds the inventory of the leaflets of the members and the other brochures and takes charge of the rent of stands.

PHILIPPE CARON - Services to the members

He is responsible for the information about the Internet site, for the tourist guide, for the recruitment of the members, for the road marking as well as for the administration of the computer network.

ANNIE THIBODEAU - Communications and Public Relations Counsellor

She coordinates the relationships with the Medias via press visits, press releases and shows. She also takes part in the development and the implementation of the action plan in communications, in particular near the members. Lastly, she organizes the various events offered by Tourisme Chaudière-Appalaches, of which the Grands prix du tourisme.

MARIE-CHRISTINE BIGOT - Assistant Coordinator reception and information

She answers the demands of information, both the counter and the telephone. She holds up to date the list of mail sendings and assures the mailing of the appearances of the Tourisme Chaudière-Appalaches. Added by Patricia Côté, she is the person to contact in its absence.

JANICK LAMONTAGNE - Administration assistant

She has different office tasks shared in between the different departments : administration, marketing and customers service. Her tasks are relied to the data processing for our Web sites and for the Association database..
